Ratings and reviews

The app has become significantly worse since the update, with the button to book classes much smaller, and more space advertising premium membership and other services, which I am not interested in. Also, my leisure centre now shows all public swimming and lane swimming sessions in one list - I used to just be able to see lane swimming which was much better.

New app has clearly been designed with upselling as the priority and the user as an afterthought. Edit: dropping a star because they have now introduced pop ups to get you to purchase other classes. I want to get my qr code to enter the gym, not randomly purchase a class... also it's highly unhelpful to ask everyone to email you after leaving a review

Not sure if my experience recently was an app glitch but my wife and I booked a swimming session at Fleetwood on 24th June. The app registered my wife's attendance but listed mine as NOT ATTENDED. We both had issues with our phones initially not reading the barcode but both worked on the third attempt. For info. one phone is an iPhone, the other a Samsung (Android). Tried reporting this on the CONTACT US section on the app but yet to receive any reply.
