comfortably one of the most convoluted sign up processes I've ever seen? no option to register, so have to use their website rather than the app, that then sends you an email address to create a password, but on clicking the link it asks you to put in your new password, but then tells you the email address is already in use *based on the sign-up without a password you just made*? extremely silly and may not be worth the membership after all

So hard to use. Everytime you book for a swimming, you need to fill-up your details even you are already looged in to the app. If they could make it easier that it will register automatically, it would be better. The app should be updated to more user friendly.

Pointless app, the only thing that it's good for us barcode for him access. Booking never works so I have to use the website, then they don't transfer to the app so I have to go via email. Poorly designed and frustrating.
