Switched phones and needed to log-in to app. App tells me to enter valid xID or email address. Then tells me the same on the screen to reset my password. I tried setting up a new account thinking this may be a work around but it tells me the email I am trying to use has an account attached to it. Obviously but it won't let me log-in because it says the email is not valid. Absolutely BS. FIX THIS!!!

this app would get more stars from me if the goals and xCapture had more weight lifting geared options. when i record a manual workout, all i can put down is the duration. i can't describe what muscle group i focused on or how much resistance. i do HIIT every day for no longer than 30 minutes. it's not fair for the members like myself that actually utilize almost all of the equipment in the gym. other than that i think the reward system is fun and i feel more motivated to go every day using it.

This app used to be good before covid. Seems like it got the covid virus and never recovered. I have an android phone. I used to be able to register and unregister for classes from this app. I can no longer do this for the past couple of months. When I select a class, I get moved to another screen to select register (or unregister) and it says that there is an error and takes me to some billing screen where i need to log in again. Once I log in again then I still can't register.
