This app is good. If it would correctly add all the points that I know I have earned, it would be better. If you link points to rewards and other features, and the points are sometimes never acknowledged, that is an issue. I have also noticed that my workout sometimes do not post from my Fitbit. Fix there's and this will be a great app. Thanks.
You should monitor your points daily to make sure they are not cheating you. Having an app is an awesome way to motivate people to use the gym and participate in competitions. The Retro app does not always add gym check ins, it tells you you can earn points but has special hidden rules on how these point can be earned. Tech support is slow and incompetent. The app just updated and now I found I'm missing around 50 points
Based on my experience, the app is not working properly. It is not 1)adding points when I create a goal, 2)adding points when I achieve a goal, and 3)accurately tracking visits to my local gym. At first I was able to contact support, but today all messages sent to support bounce back with no ticket id. After a number of emails and telephone calls with both Netpulse and Perkville, the app is now working. Revised Oct. 4, 2016
Ok for the points The app does not include all the equipment in the gyms and not all the gym equipment is comparable, outdated or does not display all that us needed in one screen shot! Thus the app needs more interaction and with more fitness devices, not all devices sync with app either so it is very dated!
Good and reliable so far Nice to use it to check in, set goals and track some workouts. Some machines like the elliptical screens close out though before you can use Xcapture unless you are ready as soon as the workout stops to record the screen.
Retro fitness app. Record & track work out information, join challenges, set fitness goals, link fitness accounts & social media accounts, check into clubs.
