NettoChef is the app for restaurateurs that calculates the food cost of each recipe, alerts you when price increases erode your margins, and suggests the right selling price. Designed for pizzerias, sandwich shops, restaurants, bars, and pastry shops.
PHOTOGRAPH THE INVOICE, THE AI DOES THE REST
Take a photo of your invoice or delivery note: artificial intelligence reads the items, quantities, prices, and supplier. One tap and everything is updated—prices, history, inventory, price lists—with each recipe recalculated in a cascade.
RECIPES AND SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS
• Technical data sheets with ingredients, quantities, and photos
• Semi-finished products (doughs, sauces, stocks) that can be reused in other recipes
• Yield and waste calculated automatically
• Portion cost, food cost %, and margins are always up-to-date
THE RIGHT PRICE, NOT A FEEL
Set your food cost target and NettoChef tells you how much to sell each dish for, including VAT. If a price increase causes a dish to exceed its target, you'll know immediately—not at the end of the month.
MENU ENGINEERING
Compare sales and margins: discover which dishes to protect, which to reprice, which to showcase, and which to eliminate. With suggested actions dish by dish.
