Absolute worst device I have ever bought. I have had nothing but issues and stupidly kept trying past my 45 day return window. The device won't charge correctly (flashes amber) and when I managed to, the app won't connect. It beeps saying it found it, then the device just turns off and the app tries to scan again. Please, save your money and time and don't buy this, or if you have already make sure you return it before your 45 days are up. Biggest purchase regret I've ever made.

The app doesn't work on my phone, which is an Android 8.1. It keeps disconnecting from the headset in the set-up step. It connects and disconnects while configuring the headset over and over, without finishing the configuration step. I have tried restarting and reinstalling but I had no luck. I managed to borrow a phone (Android 7.0), and installed the app on it and it works. But I am extremely unhappy with this purchase as I can't use this "expensive" product.
