About this app

The Modius range of headsets use cranial nerve stimulation technology that accurately and efficiently activates key brainstem neurons without needing implanted electrodes. It does this by stimulating the nerve behind your ear which sends a safe signal to parts of the brain with the goal of improving your overall health and wellbeing.

The app doesn't work on my phone, which is an Android 8.1. It keeps disconnecting from the headset in the set-up step. It connects and disconnects while configuring the headset over and over, without finishing the configuration step. I have tried restarting and reinstalling but I had no luck. I managed to borrow a phone (Android 7.0), and installed the app on it and it works. But I am extremely unhappy with this purchase as I can't use this "expensive" product.

Absolute worst device I have ever bought. I have had nothing but issues and stupidly kept trying past my 45 day return window. The device won't charge correctly (flashes amber) and when I managed to, the app won't connect. It beeps saying it found it, then the device just turns off and the app tries to scan again. Please, save your money and time and don't buy this, or if you have already make sure you return it before your 45 days are up. Biggest purchase regret I've ever made.

I sent my device in for warranty service. Started disconnecting within days of the 90 day return. They sent it back with a firmware update. The device still disconnects. Now I'm stuck with a malfunctioning device and no weight loss.
