Ratings and reviews

App completely failed for the majority of the festival day. Nobody was able to do topups, log in and sometimes not even open the app. Some features like "My Lineup" don't work at all. You are constantly bombarded with offers to buy new tickets even if you have already purchased one.

Neversea refunding policy. Out of my remaining balance of 27 lei whitch I've chosen to donate through the app, only 10 lei was im fact donated, 5 lei was charged as refund commision, and tbe remaining 12 lei was held back because.... they said so. I assume the organiser is picking the pockets of their customers. It's really embarrassing!

it is hard to find what you are looking for. app does not work during Featival Time when you need it most.
