I'm a Level 5 creator paying $40/month for Gold. Instead of priority support, I've dealt with repeated account issues, inconsistent moderation, vague violation notices, and canned responses that contradict each other. I've been temporarily banned twice while my profile remained visible, allowing users to message and send gifts while I couldn't use those features. Reports of scams, AI bots, & explicit content rarely receive meaningful follow-up. Live support does not exist.

I can't even log into my account because it stated that my account has been blocked permanently when I didn't even do anything wrong. I worked hard to earn up my points then this just happened. So disappointed.

Not a dating app at all. Its one of those video call for money type things that are inexplicably cropping up all over the place instead. Look, the women there are pretty girls from poor countries trying to make a buck. Not judging, but its not a dating app.
