I'm a Level 5 creator paying $40/month for Gold. Instead of priority support, I've dealt with repeated account issues, inconsistent moderation, vague violation notices, and canned responses that contradict each other. I've been temporarily banned twice while my profile remained visible, allowing users to message and send gifts while I couldn't use those features. Reports of scams, AI bots, & explicit content rarely receive meaningful follow-up. Live support does not exist.

I can't even log into my account because it stated that my account has been blocked permanently when I didn't even do anything wrong. I worked hard to earn up my points then this just happened. So disappointed.

rubbish app already stuck behind a paywall to even start chatting to literally anyone what a waste of money for a dating app. horrible experience will be uninstalling right away don't bother unless you want to spend hundreds on a few chats that are most likely bots. or pre made profiles they are all money hungry looking "people" on there. saw one girl that was even send me presents to get her snapchat.
