I have been trying for over a year to get this AIL Plus app. Haven not been able to install the app. Keeps saying wrong password. I called sshe tried to set a password, still won't work. I tried to change passwords still no success. I would like this service but, how long does it take to get registered. Come on, get your ducks in a row.

Just how others have said my login does not work on the app, it should be the same login as the site. It's the same account. But it just doesn't work, I can log in just fine on the site. I'm not about to struggle with this app. when they decided to fix it after 3000 complaints, I guess I will try it again.

been paying for this service for 3 months and have called twice to get the legal stuff they said I would be able to get and NO one will send papers or answer the phone. I'm done this was a waste of $95 a month.
