It's a terrible App without no customer support, the support team never does anything to resolve your complaints. I have been complaining over 2 to 3 months now that One the vendor on coincola scammed me of my $360 Apple gift card without paying ME and nothing has been done to recover back my money. I have sent multiple emails to their email and i also submitted multiple tickets without any useful measures to resolve my complaints.

I usually find it hard to drop my account details for the buyer or send messages for that matter.... The last buyer was even getting upset... Please update and put a place where I only need to put my account details once and it register for all my transactions

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience on your website. Twice I have been the victim of what appears to be a scam, resulting in the complete loss of value on my Apple Gift Card. This is completely unacceptable! It's clear that something is seriously wrong on your platform, allowing fraudulent activity to steal valid gift card value. I must say you people are encouraging fraud, have reported this issue several times and nothing has been done about that.
