It's a shame when some of the drivers overcharge or show up to leave without notice. Ridiculous. I work too hard to be disrespected and have uninstalled the app and will take my services else where. Not all the drivers are bad but this has been an ongoing battle within myself but enough is enough. Today of all days I'm left in the cold rain AFTER getting a call saying the driver is outside. Management need to allow us to review each job so that the drivers can see how they're doing. Smh
