Ratings and reviews

The app works fine for requesting refills, but it doesn't send notifications (even with that option turned on). It would be so much nicer to get a notification when a prescription is ready than having to continually remember to check the app. I haven't tried using it for messaging yet, but my pharmacist says a lot of patients complain about it.

Not a bad app, not stable at times, crashes at times, won't load in, or extremely long loading in times. It would be nice if it worked on Chromebook. Finger print or pin stops working at times and you have to reinstall the app and reset everything back up to get the fingerprint or pin to work again, just for it to work for a short time and stop working again. Messages with the pharmacy can be buggy and sometimes you don't receive the message alerts. chat and text does not work you have to call.

Downloaded the app and when I tried to get into it there's nothing but a blank screen. Think I'll just do it the old fashioned way and call. just wanted to let whoever programmed this app, when I requested a refill for delivery I was never informed it was ready and when I checked says ready for pickup. I don't know if it's the app or the pharmacy but it really bites.
