Ratings and reviews

No stars. If I am ever able to login (rarely), the app freezes during biometric offer or during location query. Frustrating for sure. Tried putting the app on a different phone, but it just froze in a different place. Other outcomes include multiple deadends at "server error, try again in 30 seconds". This app is not compatible with Android, I'm thinking.

This app SUCKS!!! The purpose seems to be to allow the debit card to get hacked by someone on the opposite coast, no security or notifications, exposes card numbers. And worst of all is lousy sign in procedures, it auto- logs out just before you get to the register to pay. And even if you saved your login for autofill, it erases it forcing you to input manually. Then you don't even have the option to see what you are typing so you get it wrong and get locked out. Absolutely no seniors use it.

I see a lot of one star ratings for different reasons, thank you for the insights. The thing I hate most about this app is The online shopping. Looks like it was just a week attempt to improve on the old one. Using this app to browse is a horrible experience. Viewing pages in the vertical position is just as bad as viewing pages in the horizontal position if you're using a phone. I've gone back to the original app.
