This app is awful. My pharmacy talked me into it when their system suddenly stopped texting me. It's been terrible. One of my regular, ongoing meds was removed from the app completely... and it was still an ongoing prescription. Another time I placed a refill order and it was never filled. It just disappeared. I asked the pharmacy and there was no order. I stopped using it after that. If I have to call anyway, I may as well call instead of waiting for refills that won't be filled.

So, as several have posted their experiences with this app, so I too have changed my rating with a brief explanation of why. I installed the app, was working fine until a few weeks ago, freezen upon loading. What bothers me is the almost absolute silence. Some users have received an email. From what I have read, it's been in the single digits. You could at least send a form email. We need to hear from you, WHAT'S GOING ON! I will change my rating when you earn it! We depend on it!

EDIT: I don't receive texts from my pharmacy because everything comes to this app now that will not load period. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, that has done absolutely nothing. When it would load I couldn't sign it because it was linked to the pharmacy system and still thought I worked there. It's helpful when the app actually loads for you to check your account. It would also be nice to receive notifications. Yes I've checked all the settings to make sure that the app has the ability.
