As others have said, this app was phenomenal. Made it easy to manage my meds and communicate with my pharmacy. Then, about two weeks ago, it stopped working. It will not open. After a couple of tries, I get this message: RxLocal closed because this app has a bug. "Try again after its developer provides a fix for this bug." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I have tried restarting my phone. Each step, multiple times over the last two weeks. To no avail.

Loved it until latest update. It crashes on the opening screen. Phone is telling me it has a bug and to update once the designers correct it. Totally useless atm. I don't know when or if it'll become usable for me again. (Yes, I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone. Like I said, even my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G factory unlocked on AT&T network phone is telling me there's a problem with the app coding.) I did email support today too 9/7/24
