I am having a problem with NeoStudy because the app keeps crashing every time I try to use the microphone for recording. It is very frustrating since I cannot complete speaking activities, even though my microphone works fine in other apps. I hope the developers fix this issue soon because the app is helpful, but the crashes make it hard to use.

This is easily one of the most frustrating educational apps I’ve ever used. An "English proficiency" app that rejects correct answers literally defeats its entire purpose. Instead of helping students such as myself to learn, it wastes alot of time by retrying. For a college-level learning tool, the standards and accuracy of the word detection are honestly disappointing. I do not wish my worst enemy to go through this app.✌️🕊️

I hate the speech recognition because it never works properly, I've even gone as far as to say gibberish when I'm mad at it because it won't recognize what I'm saying and yet somehow that gibberish is correct while the proper words aren't.
