About this app

A bladder diary that works like the paper handout from a urology clinic — that's exactly what it replaces. Many clinics ask patients to track voids, leaks, and drinks for a few days prior to an appointment: amount passed, urgency, and what was consumed. Bladder Diary keeps that record on your phone, one entry at a time, in just seconds.

WHY THIS APP MEASURES NOTHING

This app measures nothing, and that’s intentional. It has no sensors, no camera scans, no automated tracking of any kind — you type in the amount if you measured it yourself, and leave it blank if you didn't. Nothing here claims clinical accuracy it can’t provide, and nothing estimates a number for you.

HOW TO LOG AN ENTRY

• Enter the amount passed if you measured it — leave it blank otherwise

• Rate the urgency: none, mild, moderate, or strong

• Check leakage if it occurred

• Note your fluid intake and select a drink type: water, coffee, tea, alcohol, or other

• Add a short note, then save. Log now, backfill an earlier entry, or edit one later.

THE PATTERN, VISIBLE

The home screen displays this week's totals day by day, and Insights shows the amount passed by week, plus when you actually log — morning, midday, evening, or night. History lists every entry in reverse chronological order, with filters for leaks and urgency.

YOUR RECORD STAYS YOURS

There’s no account and no sign-in — nothing to register, no password to forget, no server migration that could erase your entries. The app operates completely offline and retains everything on your device. Free means free: unlimited entries, no subscription, no premium tier. Only banner ads — never a full-screen ad after saving an entry.

READY FOR THE APPOINTMENT

Export the entire diary to a CSV file at any time — date, time, amount passed, urgency, leakage, fluid intake, drink type, and notes. Open it in a spreadsheet, print it, or take your phone to the visit.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT

This is an independent diary, based on the standard three-day format that urology clinics request from patients. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose anything, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any clinic, hospital, or health authority. Follow your clinician's instructions on how many days to record and what to bring.

WHO FINDS IT USEFUL

• Anyone requested by a urologist or continence clinic to maintain a bladder diary

• Caregivers keeping a record for a parent or family member

• Anyone fed up with health apps that require an account, sell subscriptions, or interrupt entries with full-screen ads.
