WHY THIS APP TAKES NO PHOTOS AND MAKES NO DIAGNOSIS

• Spot name, so you can find the same one again
• Body area: face, neck, chest, back, arm, hand, leg, foot, or other
• Colour change: no change, darker, lighter, multiple colours, or other
• Border: even or uneven
• A short note, then save
