About this app

Nexsim puts your sales desk in your pocket. Quote a customer at their counter, convert the quote to an order, deliver it, invoice it and record the payment — without going back to the office to type it in again.

An account is required. Nexsim is sold to businesses, and your organisation's administrator creates your login. You cannot sign up inside the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Documents, start to finish
Raise quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and cash sales. Add lines one at a time or in bulk, see what a customer paid for the same item last time, and carry outstanding lines forward from one document to the next — quote to order, order to delivery, delivery to invoice — without retyping any of it.

Customers and leads
Keep contacts, addresses and terms to hand. Track leads through your pipeline and turn them into customers when they close.

Payments
Record a payment against an invoice on the spot and watch the outstanding balance fall. Payments are safe to retry on a flaky connection — a repeated submission is never double-counted.

Visits
Plan a call, pick its purpose, then check in and out at the customer's premises. Each check-in can stamp a coordinate so the visit is evidenced, and it is asked for only at that moment — never in the background. Refuse it and the visit still records.

Products and prices
Browse the catalogue, check stock figures, and see the price book that applies to the customer in front of you.

Documents you can hand over
Share any document as a PDF through the usual Android share sheet — email it, message it, or print it.

Your day at a glance
Open quotes, open orders, unpaid invoices, total outstanding, this month against last, and where every lead sits in the pipeline.

Everything else
Search across customers, products and documents. Read notifications. Switch between organisations if you belong to more than one. The app takes on your company's colours and logo.

BUILT FOR FIELD SALES

Nexsim is designed around the way a salesperson actually works: standing in front of a customer, on a phone, with one hand free. Screens are readable in daylight, numbers are large, and the paths that matter — quote, invoice, collect — are short.

An optional connector keeps master data and documents in step with AutoCount, so the office ledger and the field stay in agreement.

BEFORE YOU INSTALL

Nexsim needs a live connection. It talks to your organisation's server for everything and does not hold records on the device for offline use.

Location is used only when you check in or out of a visit. Camera and photo access are asked for only when you attach an image.
