I cancelled my subscription while I still had more than 4 months left on the current sub. The app doesn't let me make reels until the end of the current subscription, even though it accurately states when the subscription will end

so I just downloaded this app and whenever iam trying to get an template it takes me to the pro section again and again and it's real frustrating.

The app is good but......it said 3 day free trial, so I went through the process, quite often you have to use a card to authorise the subscription and cancel the free trial. However payment appears to be have been taken (still in pending currently) even though I cancelled the subscription within a few hours. Now looking at the FAQs it says they don't do a free trial! And I can't see anyone to contact. Very expensive for what it is.
