Wellness One is the official app for monitoring patients treated using the One Code method.
The platform organizes and centralizes all the actions defined by the multidisciplinary team responsible for monitoring the patient, including meal plan, training prescription, supplementation, and progress records.

After joining the program through a doctor certified in the One Code method, the patient begins to be monitored by our specialized team. Guidance is provided in online consultations and recorded within the app to facilitate access, monitoring, and organization of the individual plan.

In the app, the patient can:

-> View their updated meal plan
-> Access their prescribed workout
-> Check supplementation guidelines
-> Track adjustments and progress throughout the process
