App is great when its working. Now I only get a black screen. Im going to be very upset if the important documenting I've been doing, which I needed for my doctor to review, is gone. -- update. I changed to 1 star. There was no message about disabling app and charging fees, just a black screen doni uninstalled & reinstalled. Then it demanded payment. Now i have to pay to continue App has multiple glitches so im definitely not going to pay to deal with that. This is such BS.

We have been using this for years with napro Creighton model. We have lot of yellow days and the flexibility with this app makes it second to none. I do wish they would allow us to send to ANY NFP provider and not just those who are registered according to their model. Even a PDF of the chart would suffice.

Definitely has glitches. Very frustrating to pay yearly for this and not be able to use it when I need to because of technical difficulties. The company definitely needs to invest more into fixing this.
