Product Introduction:

Loan Amount: from NGN3,000 to NGN1,000,000;

Loan Tenure: from 91 to 120 days;

Interest Rate: 0.07% per day (25.55% per annum);

APR: Up to 36% (Annual Percentage Rate);

Example:

For a 120 days loan of NGN10,000 for 4 months with interest rate @25.55% per annum,

Interest = NGN10,000 * 25.55% / 365 * 120 = NGN840;

The total amount to be paid = Loan Amount + Interest = NGN10,000 + NGN840 = NGN10,840;

APR = (NGN10,840 - NGN10,000) / NGN10,000 / 120 * 365 = 25.55%;

the app is not stressful to navigate. however, it take a long time to conclude a transfer even when the fund requested is credited. another thing needed to be fixed is for early repayment rather waiting for the loan period to reach. I think the customer care should also get worked on for better service delivery.

I was really hoping this app would help me during a difficult time. When I applied, I was only offered a ₦1,000 loan, which wasn't enough to meet my needs. I felt disappointed because I expected a more helpful amount. I'm sharing my experience in the hope that the app can improve its loan offers for people who genuinely need financial support.

This app is one of the best but I must say they are very strict. I was on a high limit but unfortunately defaulted for just one day and I'm still paying the price of the reduced limit as well as the payment period. I hope this can be reviewed for me to rebuild back my confidence.
