Tenure: 91 days - 180 days Loan Amount: 1,000 NGN - 200,000NGN

Maximum APR: 14%;

Other fees: One time processing fee(per transaction). Minimum 5%, Maximum 20%

Interest calculation: Lending amount is 10,000 NGN, APR is 14%, processing fee is 10% and the term is 91 days.

On the due date, the amount payable is 11,349.0 NGN (10,000 * 14% / 365 * 91 + 10,000 + 10,000* 10%)

We are the same loan software as Okash, FairMoney, Palmcredit, Carbon, Tloan, and Branch.

I took a loan, paid back but kept getting messages as though I hadn't paid back. As if that isn't enough, they debited my account again which means I paid twice. They never tried to have a phone conversation, no other means of interaction except their interesting text messages reminding you to pay a loan that has already been paid. Kindly refund the excess fund debited from my account.

I am Not impressed by this App Services at all. It was pretty difficult making Repayment. I had to start calling inorder to avoid any overdue charges. I have one Star to give Ease Cash. Very Bad Experience. The annoying part is even after all efforts made to Repay, the Next Loan amount is nothing home to write about.

Ease cash is as easy as it name. The only challenge I see with them is their agent or rep who don't get thier fact correctly. Imagine making payment and an acknowledged receipt had been sent but only to get a threatening massage from their recovery agent or rep to tarnish your Imagine and blacklist you. Kindly organise time to time orientation to your recovery agents. Late payment can be due to network or not beiable to open the app. Not everyone is a DEBTOR, as your reps use derogatory words
