Product Introduction:

Loan Amount: from NGN3,000 to NGN1,000,000;

Loan Tenure: from 91 to 120 days;

Interest Rate: 0.07% per day (25.55% per annum);

APR: Up to 36% (Annual Percentage Rate);

Example:

For a 120 days loan of NGN10,000 for 4 months with interest rate @25.55% per annum,

Interest = NGN10,000 * 25.55% / 365 * 120 = NGN840;

The total amount to be paid = Loan Amount + Interest = NGN10,000 + NGN840 = NGN10,840;

APR = (NGN10,840 - NGN10,000) / NGN10,000 / 120 * 365 = 25.55%;

Ratings and reviews

This app is not well structured and you guys lie. For 2 consecutive times now that i repaid my loan on time, i have been downgraded! I thought the reverse was supposed to be the case. Though, from the beginning, they keep on increasing my loan but the last 2 loans have been to downgrade me. WHY? PLEASE RECTIFY THIS. The ONLY good thing about this loan app is the Internet rate, (very very low) and the 14days period. Also, the online customer service is very poor. please do something to this.

From a very long short, Ease Cash met all expectations of an instant loan app. Ease of use, quick approval, disbursal in minutes, overall it's a wonderful app and the experience is awesome! I would've given it more rating if it was above 5😊 On a little downside though, duration should be increased more. Aside that, they're the best.

I have been unable to repay my loan back since January after their upgrade,I also tried logging in to the app with my profile.it had been given me error that I should contact customer care whereas their customer care line has not been going for either calling or Whatsapp text. kindly assist me
