Product Introduction:

Loan Amount: from NGN3,000 to NGN1,000,000;

Loan Tenure: from 91 to 120 days;

Interest Rate: 0.07% per day (25.55% per annum);

APR: Up to 36% (Annual Percentage Rate);

Example:

For a 120 days loan of NGN10,000 for 4 months with interest rate @25.55% per annum,

Interest = NGN10,000 * 25.55% / 365 * 120 = NGN840;

The total amount to be paid = Loan Amount + Interest = NGN10,000 + NGN840 = NGN10,840;

APR = (NGN10,840 - NGN10,000) / NGN10,000 / 120 * 365 = 25.55%;

I erroneously sent more than what I owed to clear off the debt. I sent an email of the erroneous transfer,but I didn't get a response. I also tried reaching out to you guys via the agent on the app, still no response, called the number they have here, still no response, telling me that the number was switched off. I don't want to take a loan that is equivalent to what I am being owed after which you guys will be disturbing for a repayment. kindly do the needful

From a very long short, Ease Cash met all expectations of an instant loan app. Ease of use, quick approval, disbursal in minutes, overall it's a wonderful app and the experience is awesome! I would've given it more rating if it was above 5😊 On a little downside though, duration should be increased more. Aside that, they're the best.

I just tried to pay back my first instalment of a loan I took, tell me why it's saying failed? Like I have already been debited. Please you guys had better fix it because I will not be paying any late fees if it doesn't get settled before the loan deadline tomorrow. Your in-app customer service is not working, there's no other form of customer service contact there? I think I will never try to get a loan from y'all ever again.
