The game itself is fun but I cannot stand the penalties and how easily they are handed out. I just recently stared playing and am learning alot of characters and abilities. I practice with mine and head to start a match. sometimes I will have good match-up and do amazing. sometimes I lose bad against high level players. but I get penalized heavily and regularly for a bad match. but not rewarded for good matches. even when my kda is bad, my lane is clear and I'm keeping pressure. might uninstall.

I would avoid this game..while it's nice it's not a cash grab, at least on non Asia servers, the game matching is not great. Lately I wait 5 or more minutes for a match. Then during match the other team often seems way too coordinated. Like AI is really playing. You can be alone, hidden and waiting. But second you emerge, 3 or 4 or 5 enemies are there. Yet, you can't get 2 team mates to stick together for more 2 seconds. And the whiney reporting system. Done with and u should avoid

Some things in the store are broken but still on sale. Support doesn't help. Some promised in-game rewards are not distributed. Some purchased items are not obtained. When you tell this to support, they pretend to not understand. About 6 months later and still no change, I didn't get promised shards. Purchased premium item sits in inventory but cannot be used. Also if you purchase premium, you have to complete quests to reach all rewards, but there are not enough quests to get those rewards.
