About this app

My Benefits Accounts is a mobile app from PlanSource that will allow you to manage your account(s) with ease and convenience. This app shares user authentication with the PlanSource Participant Portal, so as long as you are a registered user with the PlanSource Participant Portal you will be able to download the My Benefits Accounts app and log in to immediately gain mobile access.

Benefits of the My Benefits Accounts app:
• View your balance anytime
• Take a picture of a receipt and upload it to substantiate a purchase
• Set up customizable alerts
• Look at your transaction history
• Receive help from PlanSource

Security Details:
• No personal information pertaining to your account(s) will be stored on your device
• Picture, Passphrase, device recognition and challenge questions are used for user authentication

Ratings and reviews

Update 9/11/25 Good luck trying to read the notifications regarding claims payment in the app. One would think you could zoom in but no, no zooming in and double-tapping only barely increases font size. Very clumsy app, even worse customer service experience, just called for basic information, the poor rep's accent is so thick I could only understand every fourth or fifth word.

pesters for ratings on every opening of the app. edit: still pesters even after I've left a rating.

Does not work. Same login that works on browser does not work on the app, just says "the records do not match" and then gets stuck loading forever and has to be closed and reopened. Can't tell you anything else about the app because I can't even get in.
