Have had to go to the will call window to get my tickets on my phone because the tickets won't load. Was told both times an update was coming the next week. Game day and again nothing. I had to have my ticket rep help me with a work around. I couldn't transfer or put my extra tix up for resale, just had to eat them. Everything else on the app seems to work fine.

Used to be a great app, now whenever I go to scan my ticket, it comes up invalid. I'm not the only one who has this issue. Please fix this. It's very annoying cause you hold up the line and then have to go elsewhere for someone else to try and scan your ticket!

It will not allow me to log in. I know that my email and password are correct because I can login to my CBJ account online. I also can't connect my CBJ account to my Ticketmaster account. So, I cannot access my tickets. Also, location permissions ALL THE TIME?! While using the app I can understand, but while not using the app? no thanks.
