If my tickets can only be viewed through this app, then FIX IT! Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, app still crashes every time I try to open tickets, and it's been a problem for MONTHS! It's a Ticketmaster partner app FFS, let me access my tickets through their app that actually WORKS!

Have had to go to the will call window to get my tickets on my phone because the tickets won't load. Was told both times an update was coming the next week. Game day and again nothing. I had to have my ticket rep help me with a work around. I couldn't transfer or put my extra tix up for resale, just had to eat them. Everything else on the app seems to work fine.

Confusing. too many ads and options. didn't like having to add precise location, so much personal information, and agree to marketing emails. BRING BACK PAPER TICKETS!!!
