Keep putting in my username and password; however, it keeps saying it's incorrect. I know it's not incorrect because I can access my account online. Terrible app, terrible experience. I can't get my tickets.

STH here. This year I have been unable to download my tickets via app (I have to use mobile browser). The app crashes everytime I click on the even I'm trying to download my tickets for.

Have had to go to the will call window to get my tickets on my phone because the tickets won't load. Was told both times an update was coming the next week. Game day and again nothing. I had to have my ticket rep help me with a work around. I couldn't transfer or put my extra tix up for resale, just had to eat them. Everything else on the app seems to work fine.
