The New Jersey Devils are part of the 32-team National Hockey League, with teams throughout the United States and Canada. Established in 1982, they are celebrating their 40th season in the Garden State. During that time, the team has won three Stanley Cup Championships: 1995, 2000 and 2003.

Prudential Center is the world-class sports and entertainment venue located in downtown Newark, New Jersey. Opened in October 2007, the state of the art arena is the home of the New Jersey Devils, Seton Hall University’s NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball program, and more than 175 concerts, family shows and special events each year. Prudential Center is recognized as one of the premier venues in the United States, and hosts over 2 million guests annually.

Ratings and reviews

When I open the app it is just frozen for a long stretch of time. Makes it extremely frustrating to try to deal with tickets, especially if you're trying to do something in a hurry (like, get your ticket out to get into the game). I'm on a Pixel 6 so maybe this is an Android issue, but they NEED to fix this app, especially if they expect this to be the primary way for people to manage tickets and get into games. It is completely broken.

This app may be the worst design in the history of apps. It's like no beta testing was done at all. Im guessing it was created with only new Devils ticket holders in mind. The login is tied to Ticketmaster (1st mistake), so if there's any conflicts, problems will occur. Selecting your games for the new season should be fun and exciting considering the amount of money you have spent. But this experience is the exact opposite. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Poor user experience, app crashes constantly, doesn't allow for interactions requiring me to constantly uninstall/reinstall the app. If it works out works briefly but pops up, "Link Accounts to access your Ticketmaster tickets" and if I select "Ok" nothing happens and the pop up continues ever time I sign into the app. NJ Devils have been unhelpful, Ticketmaster also unhelpful. Another app with poor UX/UI and no support.
