This Mobile App has been designed for mapping, to track and treat the Corneal Blind patients in State of Haryana. It provides a digital platform for Govt. Eye Surgeons in District Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Private Practitioners and NGOs for tracking, referral and free treatment of Corneal Blind patients. Eye Surgeons will enter Demographic details, clinical findings and treatment offered to each Corneal Blind patient presenting in their OPDs through this Android software. The Eye Surgeons can check the availability of cornea on the portal for easy referral, treatment history and final outcome of treatment of the patient.
