App keeps resetting my son's progress to zero. customer support is non responsive. would rate as ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POS PRODUCT, its a waste of $33. lots of better options, don't make the mistake I did.

The app works well and will read to you if needed.

I just created an account but I cannot log into the app. it's telling me invalid credentials and I know I put in my right email and password. there's nothing that even says forgot password
