Today when I opened the app it requested for the update. I proced to play store with the synchronized system and agreed for the update. Then in the mean time I get in to a red message that says "Device root detected" and unable to update the App. I tried back and forth to fix the issue but couldn't do it. even if there might be a possibility of some problems that be happen, why other options can't be installed under the message and customer can access them easily and solve the problem?

This is one of the few apps in Ethiopia that tries to balance UI with UX, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the lack of more features/ payment content.

This app times out a lot and people who are overseas can not be able to get the code sent to the phone number even with wi fi is used. It is the worse banking experience I have ever had: I'm having a hard time to transfer my money.
