Court Case Monitoring System (CCMS) aims to facilitate departments, advocates, HOD’s, LR and Secretaries to manage and monitor court cases pertaining to the Departments of Chandigarh Administration that are pending in different courts of India. It provides latest information about cases pending at various courts. To achieve this, Court Case Monitoring System is integrated with the National Judicial Data Grid using the NAPIX platform for district and high court cases. CAT cases are also integrated with CCMS. Supreme Court is under process. CCMS operates on a role-based system for separation of concerns, i.e. ensures that a user can only view cases and perform actions which are pertinent and relevant to them. When a new case got filed against Chandigarh Administration in District Court/High Court/CAT,
the system automatically pulls its information and provides its notification and these cases can be pushed to the CCMS database by Law Department. An Android and iOS app has also been developed for ease of use.
