About this game

Five by Five is a quick daily dice puzzle with a warm, paper-notebook feel.

HOW TO PLAY
Each turn two dice are rolled. Write their sum (2–12) into any empty cell of a 5×5 grid – once written, a number stays put. After 25 rolls the grid is full and every row, column and diagonal scores like a poker hand. Diagonals count double!

• Two pair – 3
• Three of a kind – 3
• Full house – 8
• Four of a kind – 6
• Straight – 8
• Straight without a 7 – 12
• Five of a kind – 10

HOW CLOSE TO PERFECT CAN YOU GET?
Luck decides the rolls, you decide where they go. After every game you see your score as a percentage of the best possible layout of the same 25 numbers. Climb from Warm-up to Dice Master – or beat the machine!
