How It Works :

Booking requests can be sent through the app. After a booking request is submitted, the selected laboratory may contact the user using the contact details provided during the request and may offer services such as home sample collection based on their availability. Test reports are uploaded and managed by the respective laboratory.

Data Retention and Deletion :
We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide our services.

Account Deletion :
Users have the option to delete their account and associated data through the application.

Upon account deletion, personal data (including contact details and booking history) will be removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe.
