Just flat doesn't work. Most deals in store are missing in the app, and even if you are able to add deals to the app they aren't reflected when you do your purchase. I haven't had a single purchase where everything worked - there's always at least one item I'm overcharged for. Wish they'd go back to the old app, which at least worked. I have shopped the store less than before, and I'll continue to shop here less until the app is fixed.

Hi Shawn, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Promotions should be reflected in the app correctly, and we’re working toward better consistency so everything aligns with your selected store. Recent updates added variety details, clipped coupons, and the barcode scanner, with more enhancements on the way.

Penny pinchers do not populate in the app. Some items ring up correctly, others do not. I have to go to customer service desk every time for correction. I will not be shopping here until the app is fixed. It's not worth the effort. The old app was bad, and this one is worse. Niemann's makes it too hard to shop there, even if prices are better than the competition.

Hi Joe, thanks for letting us know. Penny Pinchers are located in the Coupons section, and there’s also a dedicated Penny Pincher category for quick filtering. Once clipped, the discounts should apply at checkout. We’ll review the issue you described to ensure coupon details are clear and apply as expected.

It's looking even better, with the latest improvements to the coupons. I really appreciate having a clipped coupons section, and being able to see what varieties a coupon is good for, and the barcode scanner. I haven't actually USED the app since the latest update, but I'm looking forward to trying it out when I go shopping this weekend.
