Ever since I registered for this app my phone number has been spread across different loan applications, I have tried deleting my account but the app is not letting me even though I am not in debt to them. it has become annoying and I am reporting them and the other loan apps that have contacted me to the FCCPC. it quite irritating that you guys do irritating stuff like this.

My loan is due to be paid today 1/05/2026. I have been trying to log into your app since morning to repay but your app is not opening. I have called ur customer care but they are not picking up. Please this is now a technical issue from your end. I hope tomorrow you guys will not say I need to pay extra cuz I want to pay now but I don't have access to ur app

What's happening, why is your app not opening since yesterday? I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app severally yet is not opening, how can I be paying for loan without been able to login to the app, what if the loan am paying is not being registered? I swear all this feels awkward, you people should fix your app!
