I once had a network issue and thought they didn't disburse my loan and rated them low not knowing the money was already in my account, (my apologies please). I don't know what to call this ,I requested for loan of 14k and I was credited with 12600. few days after I was called to pay the part of it which I did. Just to inform you if your app didn't refund my #1400 before I pay the remaining balance,I will definitely deduct the #1400 from balance to be pay.....Worst app so far. I can't rate your app,it's doesn't make sense

This loan app is confusing, I applied for a loan on this app in the amount of #59,400 to pay #66000 in 28 days, #16500 each for 4 weeks. Now #59,400 was disbursed into my account to pay #22040 weekly for 4 wks with interest of #30000 which was not the agreement and I have been calling their customer care and their number has been switched off for an hr So I have to return it back exactly the way I received it,and what am seeing on the dashboard is for me to pay #7000+ as interest, confusion app
