I made a payment before due date that didn't reflect. customer care zero email doesn't exist. the ones I reached on Whatsapp didn't respond. due date came they kept calling and calling while paying no mind or attention to my issue. I don't get how service delivery can be this bad. and they are rudddde. one had the guts to suggest I pay another one while I wait for a possible refund..... imagine after this tenure is over I'm uninstalling because what the heck.

I mistakenly overpaid my loan repayment by 4 times the required amount. I have contacted customer support requesting a refund of the excess payment Please, Quickash, kindly review my payment and refund the excess amount as soon as possible. I tried taking a loan of ₦3500 but was disbursed ₦2450 for a period of 7 day, now in your app it showed that I'm owing ₦3500. I dont understand how, I've call ur customer service but it's not reachable, I haven't touched your money, I want to refund but your app is not working,. Paying ₦3500 for a loan of ₦2450 under 7 days is fraudulent and crazy If there is a zero rating, that is what you deserve
