Symptom Check is an AI-powered clinical decision support tool designed to help individuals explore differential diagnoses based on patient symptoms.

How it works

Answer a structured set of questions about your patient's symptoms and receive a ranked list of the most likely diagnoses, each with a confidence score. The AI engine was trained on over 1.3 million synthetic patient cases covering 49 diseases, generated from validated medical knowledge.

Two modes available

Adaptive Mode — 30 targeted questions selected by the AI based on initial screening answers. Fast and focused.
Full Questionnaire — 195 questions across 15 symptom categories for a thorough assessment.
