For the first year this software has been great and I put it to a lot of use. A recent app update turned the whole damn thing to Chinese with no visible way to change the language back. I am not Chinese. I don't read Chinese. My phone is NOT in Chinese. It is ENGLISH. Big downvote for ignoring the language of the phone the software is installed on. My label printer is now useless because I can't change it back to freaking English!! - a full reinstall fixed it, but this should not happen.

Nice little label printer app. However, the app defaults to Chinese on install rather than the phone language setting. Given I can't read Chinese, I had to contact the app support to find out which buttons to press to change the language. Support was quick to respond with screenshots of what I had to press on. 🙂

this app will keep closing out and going back to the phones main screen. It has a bug in the programming
