OK, but the label printer doesn't support anything other than Android and Windows. Downloading the Windows version is apparently impossible right now due to some odd combination of access rights? Odd. Also, I don't really need a 'social media' app for labels, I just wanted a printing app for printing. This is overly complex. If there's an error somewhere, the app occasionally switches to Chinese error messages, which are (of course) rather useless to people who can't read Chinese.

For the first year this software has been great and I put it to a lot of use. A recent app update turned the whole damn thing to Chinese with no visible way to change the language back. I am not Chinese. I don't read Chinese. My phone is NOT in Chinese. It is ENGLISH. Big downvote for ignoring the language of the phone the software is installed on. My label printer is now useless because I can't change it back to freaking English!! - a full reinstall fixed it, but this should not happen.

Bought NIIMBOT printer last year, have been using NIIMBOT app for labels & QR code creation. Looking for additional templates, I ALMOST installed this NIIM app, very glad I read reviews first. Based on the MANY NEGATIVE reviews, it appears there are FAR TOO MANY PROBLEMS with this NIIM app. I WILL NOT install an app that has this many problems. I refuse to waste time experimenting with garbage apps. Will just continue using original NIIMBOT app. It's sufficient for my modest needs.
