Really good workouts and training regimes. I am only 1 week in. But, i can totally see that my workout schedule constantly changes with my progress. If it's too hard on me, it will go easy on me and vice versa. But not just that. You can chose a plan according to your different needs. Whether or not you have any equipment. What type of fitness regime you are looking forward too, what type of muscles and strength you want to build. And its 100% free. So, for now I am more than just satisfied
Would have been 5 stars if the original Jump Start workout was there, my fave workout has changed and now it's less focused on legs and butt and more on all body. Plus includes no skipping anymore. Don't feel it as much. But the new interface is much nicer and you don't have trouble playing Pandora while exercising anymore.
This app has been around for many years they recently upgraded it and I just don't like it. It always gives me the same workouts when I want a variety. I want to create a plan and I need shorter workouts for my lunch break and it's always giving me the 45-minute ones and I don't have that time commitment to do that when I want to. Every time I create a plan it's the exact same even though I changed the data that it's supposed to be planned around. This app is just not what it used to be. I miss the old one. Disappointed!
Amazing app. Keeps me mortivated. Offers great flexibility with the exercise shedule. Ive lost a significant amount of belly fat and i have gone from 2/3 push ups to about 13. Does anyone know how does the benchmarking work? Does it measure the time you take to assess your fitness or is it just based on how you rate the workout?
So far so good, I like it a lot. The video demonstrations of each skill are very clear and thorough. It goes beyond strength building and toning and helps with endurance, mobility and stability. A lot of skills in here I never knew about. You get a good option of workouts for beginner through intermediate levels. As well as workouts with no equipment and ones with. You don't need to have your phone connected to data or wifi for it to work. The instructions are clear, you get good recover time and recovery days included. After every workout you're asked how hard the workout was. What I don't like is the app freezes and crashes quite a bit. It will freeze during workouts or as I'm trying to open it. I also don't like how if you pause the workout too long it won't let you resume where you left off, you have to go back to the beginning.
NTC is an excellent, helpful and efficient app for working out, training your body and maintaning a good fitness. This app is also beautifully designed and easy to use. Eventhough, it displays a few wrong tutorial videos sometimes and puts a run-result from NRC on multiple run-plans in the week. Besides these flaws, this app is great.
