Great but scope to be amazing I love how easy this app is to use, it's well designed and looks great. I'll continue using it, even though there are a few niggles. 1) I'd like to be able to swipe away exercises I can't do eg benchmark workout involves pullups however the gym in my complex doesn't have the right equipment. 2) I'd like to be able to see the entire workout without having to download it and start it. 3) I'd like to be able to delete incomplete workouts in my plan. 4) Better links w Fitbit and Spotify.
great but some minor improvements can make it oerfect I like this app, really well designed and easy to use, great workouts that keep things intense. A few things could be better e.g. Would love to be able to see a missed workout to catch up on, and see my rest times more clearly mid session. Also very surprised that there's no integration with any streaming music services (Google play music, apple music, Spotify, Pandora etc...), would be awesome to match a Spotify playlist to my workout.
Really gets you fit I've been working with the app since it came out. before it finding workouts was a real struggle or would take plenty of my time. Nike training gives you smart trainings based on your level, as long as you have discipline following the plan , dedicate to time to make yourself feel and look better and honestly respond to the question .The app is a really useful tool and a great personal trainer.
Great app, could be even better This app has really motivated me to exercise, but the music integration only works if you have files on your device (where's the Spotify and Google play sync?). And you cant replace parts of the workout that you can't do or don't have equipment for which is a little annoying. Otherwise awesome, the little videos and coaching voice are very helpful
I just started using this and I like it. I like that it lays a workout plan out and that you can edit it around your schedule. However, it seems like the time is off. A 30 min workout took me 33 and I still had several workouts left (I stopped early). Before I had not really been working out and indicated that in the registration process so I do feel the intensity is a little high. Overall I am going to still use the app and adjust to my ability.
Workouts aren't as good as the old app The original NTC app had great, hard workouts at home for which you only needed some dumbbells. And they were hard! They also had a lot of compound exercises like froggers to front lifts, planks to row etc. The new app has a lot of workouts that are either no equipment (therefore not great for working small muscle groups) or a lot of equipment that you probably don't have at home (pull up bar, plyo box, rowing machine etc), and many of them are just not as hard as the old app, with few compound exercises.
Working out just got easier:
• SEARCH 130+ workouts by workout name, body part, good for, equipment, drill, athlete and trainer
• BROWSE workouts quickly with search results that highlight duration, level and if equipment is required
• FILTER workouts by level, duration, equipment, intensity, type and focus
• RECOMMENDATIONS updated daily, just for you
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
