A great fitness app with an intuitive user interface. User experience is great but you need a lot of internal space on your phone to use it. You can filter workouts accordig to e.g. time constraints or equipment availability. I like the bodyweight strenth exercises. I wish you could further distinguish training sessions in 5min intervals (5, 10, 15, 20 etc) instead of just 15, 30 and 45mins. A Spotify account connect for music would be great in future updates. For all my quibbles, I have to emphasize that this is a GREAT again, especially considering it's free... say what?! Yep,definitely give it a try!
I LOVE THIS APP I always try a bunch of fitness apps and this is by far my favorite. It has short work outs and long ones for whatever type of work out you want. Cardio or strength. Equipment or no equipment. Any sort of difficulty level. You could do a workout plan or just work outs here and there. It's encouraging easy to use and full of great content I'm in love

I rated 4 stars because it's really awesome but it's need to be somehow better. You should give an search box so it can be easier to find anything directly. Otherwise everything else is awesome and really helpful and it's really work. There's one another thing that need to be fix, when almost work out is downloaded than it get cancelled and its restart downloading. Please fix it.

The thing is I love this app. I tried some of the apps on Google market but they all ask you to pay and have this premium content for which you have to pay. It is health we are talking about here, can nobody release an app for free??? Well congrats Nike for making this available. As far as I tested this app it is 100%free, it allows you to tailor the training plan according to your equipment, how many days you wish to train, the intensity, if you would like to run etc. It offers more than many apps you have to pay for, like fitstar (fitbit). I would love if I could connect my fitbit with this app but this is another story. It also lacks more plans for lifting weights or bodyweight training but for fitness and getting in to shape it is great. It has some for you even if you are an experienced athlete or a beginner. I really hope more updates, more training plans and more content in general will be added. Thank you Nike for this app, and you also made me write the longest review I have ever submited.

I chose this app for bodyweight workouts. Completed first session this morning. Loved the videos to show how each exercise is performed. Enjoyed checking off each segment as I completed them. Overall, very pleased so far! And yes very sore now!

The app is really good. But the demo they show for the upcoming workout is only for 5 seconds. Since the text covers the demo personnel completely in the screen, beginner's like me find it difficult to do it correctly. It would be great if you guys could make the text smaller so that we can follow what exactly the instructor is doing. It is difficult for me understand the pose and workout as text covers the position the instructor is showing.

Nice range of workouts but way too repetitive. A 30 minute workout will have like 3-5 exercises that you just do over and over and over again. I barely complete a full workout because I just get so bored.
I have been exercising for 3 years,but i many times get bored of doing the same exercises again and again. Then i saw this app in the playstore and downloaded it without any expectations,but after using this app i just got some motivation and iam challenging myself in the benchmarks,so its a very usefull app to get fit and to maintain your fitness
It is a good app for people who want to workout at home. But it could add some features for beginners like excluding exercises which they are not able to do initially
I love this app! I need a little motivation to keep going sometimes and this app does that for me. The workouts are realistic yet challenging. I especially like that you can choose from other workouts on top of your plan workouts, and it's totally free. Other apps make you pay to unlock extra workouts, not this one!
I think this ap is very helpful and is the closest to a real life personal trainer, out of many other fitness aps I have tried. I love the free work out plan and I can really see this one helping me attain desired results fast
The app is my favourite fitness app of all time! Very clear structure and it makes you want to continue (due to constructive videos and good looking trainers haha😂). Very motivating and i personally enjoy it so far😊💚
I love it. Especially how it can be based around your body type, weight goals, and schedule. Also it's very versatile...if you want to focus on one area it can give you that aside from the workout plan it constructs to fit your life.
One of the most amazing fitness apps that I have come across. The good thing is that all the trainings are designed by certified Nike trainers. The feature that I like the best is customized plans for you based upon one's preferences, current weight and time one can devote for exercising. And these plans adjust automatically according to your regularity at any point in time.
I wasn't sure about this app,but I must say this is the best darn workout app I ever use. Compare to others I have downloaded this one best them all. I can see results and it works. Amazing!
App changed the upcoming schedule during the last day of current schedule. Because of this my plan got disturbed .. Scenario1: Today was a workout day , but after updating plan it showed as a rest day And tomorrow's rest day became workout day
Loved the fact that it has easy and accessible workout lists. Plus non equipment workouts are a boon for at home exercises. I would also like to request if there was an option to connect music apps like Saavn to workouts as I play my music online rather than store it in my phone's music library.
This is a great app. It keep you organized and challenges you to the right level. Great job Nike! Could not ask for anything better.
It's a great app, builds a plan that evolves with you. It's up to you to motivate yourself to do said workout so you better "just do it" before you talk yourself out of it. I love it and do one almost everyday.
Great app very pleased with the personalized plans and flexible schedules. The only thing I would recommend is adding a few foam rolling and stretching routines for recovery days to do if one pleases and not part of a plan
Just one thing i want to be there in this app that is , it should show or inform that this execise works for a particular body part/muscles.
Really useful help me lost 6kg in a month and tone my muscle. But plan need to be less repetitive.
My friend and I looove this app a d that u can go at your own speed and not the speed of a whole class
Really great app for guided workouts. I wish there were more of an ability to adjust for benchmarks but I love the variety and simplicity.
Great app. If it could include some boxing/kickboxing intervals on couple workouts with punchbag would be awesome addition...
Wish it could sync with the Samsung watch. The watch has a hr monitor which would be useful. Also, it needs more activities such as rowing, walking, stairs.
Great app but whenever I pause the workout to go to another app it starts my workout over again. Not fun.

I have used this app for years and it just keeps getting better with each update. I run my Spotify app first and then open NTC and choose a workout. I refer all of my family and friends to use it. I always work up a good sweat!
Me encantan las rutinas y poder escuchar la música que me gusta al mismo tiempo.
The constant change of plans for the workout keeps you wanting more the next day. It's the only app in a long time that has kept me working out everyday.
All i could see is not workout found....and when i tried to customize 1 for me.....all it showed was recovery days and thats all
motions looked so easy but they left me feeling super sore! I loved the workout❤❤❤
I like the app but I hate the fact that it crashes every single time you finish a workout.
This app definitely challenges me which is what I want and It gives you the options of no equipment just in case you're at home and don't own any. Most apps don't have those options.

I love this app it really helped me to gain my hourglass shape.. It also has a wide variety or workout for everyone's body type and exercise range.
In general it works fine and has good workouts.But it's annoying and highly demotivating that the personal plan which u like to work through during some weeks suddenly disappeares and next time u go on 'my plan' it asks u to chose a new one :( Happened already 3x
