This app is frustrating and annoying. I have been trying to login for 3 weeks and I get stuck at face verification. I went to the office of NIMC to update my face, still it won't work. The former app wasn't as annoying and frustrating as this. I scanned the QR code on my NIN and yet it wont work. I want to use the finger print option, it won't work. if there's minus one star, that's what I would have rated this.

Nice and clean app, but I do not understand the reason behind not being able to screenshot the ID card and the expiry number attached to it. I have got the need to use the ID for a verification, but it did not work at every upload, because of the timestamp added to it. If there is going to be a timestamp, it should not be that short, at least 10 days and then it expires. It is hardly serving its purpose as an ID on verification platforms.

Would have been excellent if one could print out the NIN card. It used to be possible for a small fee. Of what use is an ID app if you can't have a digital print-out of your ID card especially when getting a physical card is a hassle. Many agencies ask for a digital or physical copy of the NIN card not some code. I saw an advert asking me to download this app so I can print out NIN, only to be disappointed. I deleted the old version because it stopped printouts. I might end up deleting this too.
