App not working at all, can't do facial verification, keeps saying 'Unable to verify your identity'. Cnt even send email on the website to complain. Been trying the app for over 3 weeks, deleted and downloaded the app several times still nothing. Technical Team please do something about this. People's lives are dependent on having correct details, please.

This is frustrating. The facial verification is a nightmare. I have tried everything I know how to do. Turned on all the lights at home, used ring light, tried the facial verification in a studio with blinding lights, tried outdoor in the morning and afternoon under the scorching sun, wore different clothes, tried different backgrounds.... Nothing. Nothing. The facial verification doesn't work. by the way, I'm using the updated App as I just downloaded it after the last update by the developers

if there's something like a star negative, it would have been the best rating. nothing is seamless here. I updated the app as requested, oya let me log in now. It rejected my login details. I proceed with password reset. It keeps saying failed. in a lit room and even outside under the God-given light still rubbish. so there is no need.
