This app is frustrating and annoying. I have been trying to login for 3 weeks and I get stuck at face verification. I went to the office of NIMC to update my face, still it won't work. The former app wasn't as annoying and frustrating as this. I scanned the QR code on my NIN and yet it wont work. I want to use the finger print option, it won't work. if there's minus one star, that's what I would have rated this.

Nice and clean app, but I do not understand the reason behind not being able to screenshot the ID card and the expiry number attached to it. I have got the need to use the ID for a verification, but it did not work at every upload, because of the timestamp added to it. If there is going to be a timestamp, it should not be that short, at least 10 days and then it expires. It is hardly serving its purpose as an ID on verification platforms.

I was able to access the Nin slip download interface when you login with your Pin, not biometric login. Secondly when you go to Nin slip download and view it, without downloading it, the App count's it as you have downloaded already, if you try five times without clicking the download, you will eventually exhaust your 5 download chances even without actually downloading slip.
