Nice and clean app, but I do not understand the reason behind not being able to screenshot the ID card and the expiry number attached to it. I have got the need to use the ID for a verification, but it did not work at every upload, because of the timestamp added to it. If there is going to be a timestamp, it should not be that short, at least 10 days and then it expires. It is hardly serving its purpose as an ID on verification platforms.

Bug has still not been fixed, I'm trying to login because I forgot my password and it's saying invalid credentials. so I try to retrieve my password I went to forgot password and it said record not found, how can it say invalid credentials in login and also say record not found when I'm trying to retrieve my password, this is the actual bug that you need to work on. thank you

the nin slip that one can download with the app, doesn't have the most important information written on it (your nin). how exactly is this downloaded nin slip useful for identification? secondly, one has only 3 attempts to download the "NIN-less" NIN slip, two of my attempts failed, I was lucky to download it on the third attempt, meaning that I would have completely lost the chance to download that NIN-less NIN slip if the third attempt had failed.
