This app is gravely FLAWED: it's often impossible to "back-out" of the app to the phone's desktop or even to jump to another running app in the background. Also, when the user's login session expires, there is no visible prompt to login again, even if the app has been force-stopped at the Android level. This has left the app useless to me!

If there were a provision for zero star I would have given it to them. I can now see that the so called "positive" reviews highlighted here are no more than a hoarded hoax. I've had this application for over 5 months now and I still can't open the application for the first time because of the utterly insidious facial verification. Over 5 months! I mean couldn't you rather get a developer who truly knows his job not one that's inexperienced and greedy at the same time. Deserves Zero star

This app is Extremely wonderful as it shows the NIN slip as our National ID. One challenge I have with it is the fact that I can't take screenshots of my ID, front or back to be used for verifications. I've been to the NIN office multiple times and I've not been given the plastic card. I've had my NIN done since 2014, this is 2026 and still no plastic card is available to be distributed? that's sad. at least please ! allow us take screenshots. please!
