The app is good, Although O just started using it and the login phase was smooth. I guess the review of other previous users have have been rectified. But my issue is with the scan to share ID, it's not working at all. and I O needed it urgently. please kindly work on it

This app is terrible! my face is hurting me now. I've moved my face to the left, right, up and down for a long time now and yet it's still unsuccessful! This app is extremely frustrating. I don't know why the govt can't get something as simple as face verification right.

Before with the NIMC app I could download the card so that I could print it out as a plastic card, but with this app that feels impossible. Making this app almost worthless. Like how do I get a physical card now?🤦🏾‍♂️
