This app is frustrating and annoying. I have been trying to login for 3 weeks and I get stuck at face verification. I went to the office of NIMC to update my face, still it won't work. The former app wasn't as annoying and frustrating as this. I scanned the QR code on my NIN and yet it wont work. I want to use the finger print option, it won't work. if there's minus one star, that's what I would have rated this.

Nice and clean app, but I do not understand the reason behind not being able to screenshot the ID card and the expiry number attached to it. I have got the need to use the ID for a verification, but it did not work at every upload, because of the timestamp added to it. If there is going to be a timestamp, it should not be that short, at least 10 days and then it expires. It is hardly serving its purpose as an ID on verification platforms.

Don't bother. No matter how you do it, scan or ID number, you're not getting past the 6-pin authenticator set up; it's either error occurred or service not available for days now, and I need to get my premium ID card for a verification. Tried signing up by scanning QR code again and they said I already have an account that failed to be created. I tried logging in with my correct password and it said service not available, tried two incorrect passwords and it said invalid credentials immediately.
