Face verification keeps failing, even outside in broad daylight with contrasting background. Others apps verify even in doors at night (eg Opay). The app developer does not respond to mail. I sent a message to your email 6 days ago but I've not gotten any form of response. You need to work on your facial verification method. I sent an email to the address specified in their response, but it's over 3 weeks and they have not responded.

This is a means to trap Nigerians. On my records, I was given a phone number i never supplied . I sent an email to the organisation . they never responded. I called customer care, and I was on the line for minutes, with no responses, and the line dropped without anyone speaking to me. Yet the app is requesting more details. You can go and it from where you got the number I never supplied

There are error messages when trying to do important functions like consent check, disapproving a phone number, as well as linking email address - this is worrisome considering the fact that these are the crucial things the app is supposed to serve: Security and full control of one's digital data. Please FIX ASAP. Besides the annoying error messages, the app is super clean in interface, I had a very fast login experience. I RECOMMEND adding ID printing feature.
