Used to be a great app. Great features, very convenient, lots of customization options. I have been a paid user for years. In recent years though the quality has been going down. It's having a hard time syncing read/unread status on emails, especially emails in 'Sent' folder and sent calendar invites keep showing as Unread. It's also having problems with Samsung'w OneUI 4 and 5.

So close... I can finally get alerts from Outlook sub folders. The issue with Nine is that using the "All Mail" list/icon, you can see every single folder including sub folders, but then you see unwanted ones like Sent and Outbox, which ends up being terribly cluttered and inefficient. Alternatively using the "Inbox" icon for all mail you can't see any mail, including new mail, from any of your sub folders including favorite ones. Without that I've had to go back to Outlook.

Supports Exchange ActiveSync (not all email apps do). I've been using this app since 2020 (3 years so far). Don't trust these nay-sayers. Try the app for free. Oh, when I change my password at work, I don't seem to get locked out like people using other apps. The app will understand that the password is wrong and STOP HAMMERING the authentication server. I wish all email apps behaved like this, but many just keep trying to check your email (Outlook, Android Mail, Apple Mail) continuously. Shame.
