Nine is by far the best exchange email client I have ever used on a mobile device. Not sure about the level of security offered as there is no documentation available and the developers do not appear to be willing to provide basic information. So, if worried about security, use Nine together with a secure container. Nevertheless, the app provides most of the functionality you would expect from a desktop client and is very easy to use. I switched to Android from iOS thanks to this app! I would give five stars if the level of support was better. A highly desirable feature for the security cautious business user is a local secure file repository, to store attachments downloaded from the app.
Changing to lower rating as cannot use the app. Company policy blocks activesync.. What are my options? Cannot use office 365 as well... Wonderful experience so far. Easy to setup and get going. Nothing beats this app so far in its features and setting up. Have tried many... This one remains on top of list for mail.
I use Nine to access my work email. It does a great job. I like the themes, the ability to only sync specific folders, and the ability to unlock using the fingerprint sensor. The only feature I miss is having a plain text mode. Update: 5/19/2017. Dropping my star level to one because there is no IMAP support.
Serious battery drain! I'm moving to Outlook. Please inform me if you'll implement battery optimization and I'll move back!
Great app overall. The only issue I've is that it doesn't handle the tables inside email body very well compared to my current email client touchdown. Still uncertain of I should switch or not.
The best email app by a long way and closest you will get to an outlook desktop experience on mobile. Microsoft could learn something from this app. Some might argue it is pricey for an email app, but the quality of development is worth every penny. The app is aimed at high level productivity, email and calendar management. Second to none on the play store.
