One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. They constantly send spam emails, never respond to emails or WhatsApp, and there is no way to reach them. In addition, once you interact with them once , they keep your contact information permanently and there is no option to delete your account or remove your data from their system. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. the service is extremely poor. They have no call center, don't respond on WhatsApp, and the deliveries are always delayed. Honestly, it's the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I don't recommend anyone to download or use this app.

I would rate this app at 5. But it doesn't have a tracking option. Nor an option to edit the card message and no way to view previous orders or call shop. Ideas for improvement
