Initially, the app worked great with just a few glitches here and there, but that wasn't an issue. After the recent restructure, though, things are frustrating. You enter a shop and you're bombarded with a million categories, you have to figure out in which category has the seller classified the items you want. Also, sometimes products aren't shown in the categories and you have to search for them. Also, the filters have been reduced, sometimes forcing you to look among hundreds of products.

Review on the app. Not the service. Client for years but the app is having tons of scroll stutter. Running on pixel 8 pro, and galaxy s24 ultra. Scroll stutter to the death on both phones (running high rez, latest updates, smooth scroll, etc). Switching to browser version. The service is reliable as it has always been.

Used to be great but their last mile service is missing the mark. Drivers not delivering without calling, and unfriendly behavior when called. If you can get yours delivered from a different service, ideally a foreign company like UPS, you will be better serviced. Edit: this keeps happening on almost every single order. Contacting them as per their below response doesn't help.
