About this app

Welcome to the GLUG App – Built by the Community, for the Community
GLUG, the GNU/Linux Users Group of NIT Durgapur, is one of the oldest and most active tech clubs on campus. Dedicated to promoting Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), GLUG is where students learn by building—together. From Linux to programming to contributing upstream, it's a space that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and creation.
With the launch of the GLUG App, the club extends its mission further. This app is not just a utility—it’s a student-made platform combining productivity with open source values. Whether you're tracking attendance or following GLUG activities, it brings everything under one clean, minimal roof.

Attendance, Simplified
One of the app’s core features is its smart attendance tracker.
Rather than uploading a full timetable, you simply add subjects day-wise as per your weekly schedule. The app lets you mark attendance per subject and automatically maintains a subject-wise attendance record. You can track your progress over days, weeks, or the whole semester.
No more missed classes due to confusion

No juggling between multiple apps

All data stays on your device—no login required

Perfect for avoiding shortfalls, and staying on top of academics.
