Ordinary app bugger all options... FYI to switch app to English. Go to me icon bottom right, tap. Then hit the settings wheel top left. Count until the fourth line on the menu, tap. you'll see English tap that. Then save that by pressing the top right button. Good to go. Nice touch I hope the app designers had fun with that one!!! Comfy scooter does 26km for me. Haven't found a way to unlock speed limiter.

I really like the way this app can link with NIU scooters and provide updated software with customizable setting features. I really wish that there could be a upgrade (update) for adding more new features for customizing the (KQi3MAX) to a higher speed beyond the (38km) limit. Other than that the only issue I'm having r n with this app is allowing apps to run in backrounds in the PERMISSION setting that will prevent restrictions.

Unable to register . Just purchased and unboxed the scooter. I attempted to register the app as per the instructions and I keep getting network error issues and time out issues. So unhappy. April 2024 I tried logging into the app and I got an error saying it was outdated. I update it and now it's not even in English.
