Whether you are reading, browsing social media, answering emails, or watching videos during a commute or road trip, Kineto displays subtle, responsive motion cues along the edges of your screen. These cues reflect the movement of the vehicle and may help make screen use more comfortable while traveling.
■ How Vehicle Motion Cues Work
Motion sickness, also known as kinetosis, can occur when there is a mismatch between what your eyes see and what your inner ear senses.
When you look at a stationary screen inside a moving car, bus, train, or other vehicle, your eyes may perceive little movement while your inner ear detects acceleration, braking, vibration, and turns. This sensory mismatch may contribute to symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, cold sweats, and headaches.
Kineto uses your device’s motion sensors to display synchronized visual cues that respond to changes in vehicle movement. By providing additional visual information about motion, the app is designed to help reduce sensory mismatch for some users.

• Offline Motion Processing: Motion sensor data is processed on your device. Kineto does not require GPS, camera, or microphone access for motion cue functionality.

■ Quick Start
1. Grant the “Display over other apps” permission so Kineto can show motion cues over supported apps.
2. Add the Kineto Quick Settings Tile to your notification panel for convenient access.
3. Select your preferred sensitivity and display settings.
4. Activate Kineto while traveling as a passenger.
