EasyIDScanner is a professional ID and passport scanning app, specially developed for hotels, guesthouses and accommodation. The app allows reception staff to capture guest personal information in seconds – without manual data entry.

📄 FAST AND ACCURATE SCANNING
The app uses the Regula DocumentReader engine, which uses OCR technology to scan passports, ID cards and other personal identification documents. The scanned data is immediately displayed on the screen for verification and can be sent with one tap.

🔗 DIRECT HOTEL SYSTEM INTEGRATION
EasyIDScanner seamlessly connects to the HotelSystem hotel management system. The scanned guest data – name, date of birth, mother’s name, document number, nationality, address – are automatically transmitted to the server, so there is no need to enter data manually.

📋 OFFLINE WAITING QUEUE
No internet connection? No problem! The app saves the scanned data in a local queue, which can be sent with a single click once the connection is restored.

⚙️ FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION
- QR code scannable configuration: quick setup and device switching
- Confirmation step: data can be verified before saving
- Hungarian and English user interface

🔒 SECURITY
The application has license-based access control - only authorized devices can connect to the system. SSL management can be flexibly configured for corporate environments.
