Generac sold us a defective mobile link. Had to wait 2 months to get a new unit. Now I find that there is not a place in the app to modify my MDN number so I cannot activate the new mobile link. Bad customer and dealer support. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
Waste of money for the service. The app constantly says it has been deactivated. Every time the power goes out, I just get multiple alerts that the battery charger has lost power. It appears that the battery charger doesn't work off of generator power. Really silly service.
needs work, why do i keep getting logged out?? All you can do is view status not like someone could start the generator or do anything useful with it....
Forces you to log in every time!! Very frustrating. Why can't it remember your password?
App/Service is mediocre. Got notifications and emails 15 after events. No text messages..
I get text messages with updates but the app doesn't show anything. Just displays normal status.
