About this app

Core Ledger keeps your Ontario Autism Program core clinical services funding in order: every invoice, every receipt photo, every proof of payment, and what's left to report before your next payment.

The AccessOAP portal doesn't take receipt photos or send reminders. Core Ledger does both, on your phone, with no account.

YOUR FUNDING AT A GLANCE
• Spent, reported in AccessOAP, and left to spend for each funding period
• Payments of up to $25,000 laid out for you, with what's holding up the next one
• One app for more than one child or funding period

EVERY EXPENSE, COMPLETE
• Clinical services, service delivery supports, travel, technology, and program materials
• Photograph the invoice and the proof of payment (card, debit or PayPal statement), or attach a PDF
• Providers with their college and registration number
• Travel worked out at the OAP rate ($0.40/km, $0.41/km for 100 km or more)
• A checklist flags anything the ministry may ask for: missing receipt, missing proof of payment, no letter of recommendation for technology, dates outside your funding period

REPORT IN ACCESSOAP FASTER
• Unreported expenses grouped the way the portal asks for them: one provider and one service type at a time
• Copy each entry's details, then mark it reported
• Expense summary PDF with receipt photos, and CSV for spreadsheets

KEEP RECORDS SEVEN YEARS
• Every receipt shows its keep-until date
• Save a backup file of every record and photo to Drive, a computer or a USB key, and restore it on a new phone

REMINDERS THE PORTAL DOESN'T SEND
• A monthly nudge to log receipts
• When most of a payment is spent, a reminder to report it so the next one can be paid
• 30 and 7 days before your funding period ends

• Your records stay viewable, editable and backed up even if you never buy
