Ratings and reviews

since 1st August by balance reads 0.00 while I had money before, what's the problem?? I went to NMB branch but got no help on it, now I can't do any transactions because the app says I have no money 😭

I have been trying to sign in this app but keeps telling me that your account is already taken.what should I do? this modern version do not suit clients needs so please make it suitable for all clients so we can enjoy your services.

I’ve been unable to open DSE for more than two weeks, and I don’t know what the problem is. The app keeps asking me to update it every time.
