Ratings and reviews

UPDATE: new version is complicated and unreliable. When you do a bank transfer (both internal/external) it doesn't always work and you can't be sure because no SMS is sent. I don't recommend updating the app! NMB please pay attention to what your customers need and stop breaking things needlessly. Every update breaks this useless app. Now we can't do USD to TZS transfers between our own accounts. NMB a bank as big as yours can seriously do better than this?

You shouldn't update this app...the previous one was not perfect but nice and very user friendly. This one is WORSE!!!!!...I can't get my receipts anymore...how can I show someone proof of payment??? and I thought when you update at least you'll give new options.... like from bank to Agent...but no!!! what you did you just remove important ones and give the worse ones. Can you call this "updated"???

The updated version doesn't allow you to download receipt like the previous version. That feature is extremely necessary for users like me. I make payments through the app I need to attach proof of payment. It's inconvenience, please do something about ASAP.
