Ratings and reviews

The update looks premium but there's no way we can track and retrieve digital receipts like we used to in the earlier version. We make some payments and it makes it difficult to explain and present payment justification. please fix this quick. I really annoys and very inconvenient

This is by far the worst application update I’ve experienced. It took me nearly 30 minutes just to locate my account number. The new design is confusing, frustrating, and a complete downgrade in usability. If I could, I’d rate this update 0.5 stars — it delivers a totally poor user experience. 🤮 Better you revert to the 3 month (2025) app version

I commend the change in appearance and speed in the new version. The only setback I've encountered is that: IT GIVES DARK RECEIPTS. This Is a problem when it comes to printing and sharing physical (paper) receipts. Rectify this and you will be the best. It's one of the best banking apps in the country though.
