Ratings and reviews

UPDATE: the NMB app continues to be a problem. Now when you pay for LUKU or send money, no SMS is sent so you can't copy the transaction details for entry into your own accounting system. The notifications in the app can't be copied and the app doesn't allow screenshots so you have to copy everything manually. Virtual cards have no statement. Whatsapp number doesn't answer. WORST MOBILE BANKING EXPERIENCE IN TANZANIA!

Edited review after you did satisfy me earlier. I like the security level of the App. Please include more in app Bank services like New WATOTO ACCOUNT creation button. That can help us set accounts easily for our kids.....hence we support them....even those out of wedlock . ......using just their RITA birth certificates entry number that fetches data automatically about. a child particular and more identity info....... Also let those accounts receive recurring payments from my main account.

I commend the change in appearance and speed in the new version. The only setback I've encountered is that: IT GIVES DARK RECEIPTS. This Is a problem when it comes to printing and sharing physical (paper) receipts. Rectify this and you will be the best. It's one of the best banking apps in the country though.
