Tried to use the app again today after some 2 weeks of not using it, keep getting the message something went wrong after putting my pin. It used to have issues sometimes before being slow logging in, but never like this. Restarting the phone and uninstalling the app didn't help. Therefore useless. No idea of the was caused by the recent "improvements" that were announced last week, but surely now it doesn't work anymore.

I have been using this app for more than a year and really enjoyed it. But just this January, it can't open. I was opening it when it asked me to update the app before logging in. I did that but never opened. I uninstalled the app and reinstall but still not working in my Samsung S9+ with android version 8.0. It tells "NMB Mkononi has stopped". Then there is an option to either "close" or "send feedback."

The app is generally user-friendly and offers a range of useful features, however, after the latest update(August 2024), the login process has gotten notably slow. It can be frustrating when you need quick access to your account but end up waiting longer than expected. If the app could improve its login speed, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
