NMConnect includes optional self-guided wellness tools based in cognitive behavioral strategies, including short video series, Mood Checks, grounding and relaxation exercises, therapeutic worksheets, and resource suggestions to support your overall wellbeing.

The New Mexico Crisis and Access Line and Peer-to-Peer Warmline have supported New Mexicans since 2013. Trained support specialists and peer support workers are available to listen, offer emotional support, and help you connect with resources when you need them. recently started using the NMConnect app and was honestly surprised by how easy it is to navigate. Everything is laid out clearly, and it doesn’t feel complicated or overwhelming. The tools are simple but helpful especially the Thought Diary and Zen Room. They give you practical ways to pause, reflect, and reset when you need it. It feels supportive without being too clinical. If you’re looking for something straightforward to help manage stress or organize your thoughts, NMConnect is worth it

Ive been using this for a year now under recommendation of the crisis line. It was good. I was using it regularly and was potentially able to help myself a little bit. Now it seems to be forgotten. The App itself is a implementation of Protocall services' app Welltrack. It's mostly an app that's catered for College Campuses for their students. The New Mexico specific part of the app is just a single page full of copy/pasted links that's a coin flip if it's dead or not. The rest is.. not good.

Easy to use app that allows me to connect to mental health resources instantly. A great resource that everyone should download, because you never know when you or someone you know might need support.
