I was trying to place my first order, but the payment failed due to a technical issue. When I attempted to place the order again, I was unable to apply the 20% first-order discount because the system had already treated the failed payment attempt as my first order. This was very disappointing, and the customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue.

I placed my order on 22 May, and due to a size issue I requested a return. It's been more than a month, and despite 50+ complaints, multiple calls, emails, and tweets, NNNOW has done absolutely nothing. Every time customer support gives the same scripted reply: "Please wait 24–48 hours." But no one takes any action. Delhivery only sends SMS about pickup, but no pickup agent has ever called me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online shopping platform.

I had an excellent shopping experience with Flying Machine and U.S. Polo Assn. on NNNOW. The products are 100% genuine, the fabric quality is excellent, and the fit is exactly as described. Delivery was quick, the packaging was neat, and the discounts offered were great. Both brands provide stylish, comfortable, and durable clothing that offers great value for money.
