I had a very bad experience with this app. I ordered a product on 28 Nov 2025, but they delivered a completely wrong product. I informed them on the same day through call and email with photos. Even though the product they sent has a brand tag, it is still NOT the product I ordered. The price tag clearly shows it was shipped from their own store, yet they keep claiming they sent the correct item. Very poor customer support and no proper response even after multiple follow-ups - not recommended

Very bad experience on the first order. The policy seems pathetic... they give you a coupon to use as the first order and once the coupon is used even if the order is not completed you can't use it again. In my case : the first order was never completed and you can even cancel it which is stuck in pending orders. App Team - this is basic... if the order is not completed, how can you not allow to cancel and release it again. Today you lost a customer because of this issue.
